BESSIE R.W. EDWARDS, BROKER
A New York State licensed Real Estate Broker, Bessie Edwards believes there is a buyer to match each property for sale and her job is to bring the buyers and sellers together. A Brooklynite and a seasoned professional, she transfers years of management experience to the real estate profession. To broaden her real estate experience Ms. Edwards worked as a part-time sales agent for Park Terrace Properties from September of 2001-June of 2006. During that time she was acknowledged as a top sales agent for 2004 and 2005.
In June of 2006 she established B. R. Edwards Associates Real Estate, a boutique agency located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY. As a resident of Clinton Hill for the past 20 years, she has seen the benefits as well as the challenges that come with growth and change. She has had the opportunity to help buyers and sellers in this area and throughout Brooklyn with their real estate needs. Because she understands the priorities of the community and has access to community leaders, business owners and other real estate professionals, she is committed to offering the support required to sell client's properties. The process can be lengthy and sometimes confusing, but she stays with the client through every step. Ms. Edwards says "You can be assured that I will always have your best interest in mind and your goals will become my mission."
An experienced professional with expertise as a human resource management administrator, Ms. Edwards worked from 2002-2005 as an adjunct professor in meeting event management and career development at New York University. She is also an avid supporter of the jazz community as well, often providing unique venues for aspiring and seasoned jazz musicians in order to expose the general public to the wealth of local talent.
